Meet the Musician
Porter Johnson is the newest member of the vocal music team at Grace. We warmly welcome her to our church family!
Porter Johnson
Porter has always been interested in music and has always loved to sing. Her mother taught her until she started high school. From then on, Jessica Mongerio, one of our Grace musicians and the choral/musical theatre director at Forest High School, was her teacher. Porter was in choir all four years at Forest and loved every moment of her choir experience. She also performed with the vocal jazz group and went to state MPA (Music Performance Assessments), achieving straight superior ratings from the highly select panel of adjudicators. She is delighted to sing at Grace while attending College of Central Florida here in Ocala.
