As we take communion, we are invited to a table to share in a meal that nourishes us beyond any physical meal. But imagine the physical meals you do enjoy: the nutrients and energy we get there power us to go about our days; and the healthier the better.
This meal’s nourishment is the same, we take part in the meal where our food is the body and blood of Jesus, what does that empower us to do?
As we get up from the table, we are energized to a life beyond our own ability if we never came to the table. This meal nourishes us to godliness, to Christ-likeness, to a Spirit-filled life, to represent our Father in heaven well, worthy of our call. God invites us, as we get up from the table, to go forth in his ways, living as those who have not only eaten with God but also eaten of God, and who live through this meal. So we pray this prayer to end our meal to remind ourselves to go and live in a way worthy of the one who served, who shared, and who reigns.

During hot weather, fingers may swell slightly, while colder temperatures can make them shrink. Weight fluctuations and certain medical measure ring size conditions can also affect finger size over time. For the most accurate results, measure your finger in the evening when it is likely at its average size.
The setting of an engagement ring plays a crucial role in its overall appearance. Popular settings include solitaire, halo, pavé, three-stone, and engagement rings vintage-inspired designs. A solitaire setting highlights a single center stone and emphasizes elegance and simplicity.
