General Items:

• Two weeks supply of medication, medical supplies used regularly and a list of allergies

• List of style, serial number, and manufacturer information of required medical devices

• Flashlight

• Radio

• Cash

• Masks

• Hand sanitizer

• Disinfectant wipes

Pet Care Items:

• Pet food and water

• Proper identification

• Medical records/ microchip information

• Carrier/ Crate

First Aid:

• First aid manual

• Sterile adhesive bandages of different sizes

• Sterile gauze pads

• Moistened towelettes

• Thermometer

• Petroleum jelly

Food and Water:

• Food: enough for at least 7 days, nonperishable items

• Non electric can opener
