It is in our relationship with Christ and with each other that we are called to care for and pastor one another in all aspects of our shared life as Christians. We are God's people caring for God's people.

The Pastoral Care Team is made up of Grace clergy and trained laypersons who provide a ministry of prayer and presence to members of the congregation at times of life changes. We are there to share God's love during times of loss, sickness, and grief, but also in times of great joy - the birth or adoption of a child.
